BEGINNER YOGA (初級瑜珈)
You will learn basic asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing), finished with savasana. We will focus on the basic, learn the optimal alignment with assistant of props and get a thorough understanding of each pose. It will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a better understanding in yoga.
初級瑜珈課程的益處有強化專注力、矯正姿勢體態、喚醒身心覺知,透過每個動作停留之際,與自己的身體進行對話,用心來去「傾聽」身體的聲音,藉此能夠強化專注力,初級瑜珈的每一個體式動作要求的是正確、平穩,姿態在對的位置上並讓身體習慣才算有效的訓練,因此能夠矯正姿勢體態,及早改善緩解身體的不適。
HATHA YOGA (哈他瑜伽)
Hatha yoga is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercise) which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Sun-salutation combined with different asanas is commonly practice during hatha yoga class. Suitable for all level of students.
傳統哈他瑜伽是一個古老的瑜伽系統。在練習時要控制呼吸,配合著深沉的呼吸慢慢習練,強調完全的放鬆。這是一個沒有競爭感的練習,強調對每一個體式的感覺,而不是做到完美


SLIM YOGA (修身瑜伽)
A body slimming focus yoga class mixed with a fitness base posture practice. Core and muscle strength will be particularly trained in slimming yoga class. Slim yoga class will be a little bit challenging yet suitable for all kinds of students who want to burn more calories.
修身瑜伽課程主要著重核心肌群的訓練,能雕塑身體線條及提升肌肉密度,加速新陳代謝達排走毒素達至修身的效果。
VINYASA FLOW (流瑜伽)
Vinyasa flow is a rapid yoga flow transition through sun salutations, which refers to the continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next. Due to it’s fast-paced movement, sweating is expected in vinyasa flow class. Suitable for students with basic yoga foundation.
流瑜伽在練習的過程中以行如流水般流暢的動作組合來強健身體,藉由動作與呼吸的結合,讓整個過程如同流水般連續不斷。它比較側重伸展性,力量性,柔韌性,耐力,專注力的全面鍛煉,讓每個核心體式都能使用不同的連接體式進行緊密串聯.它的體式之間的銜接給人一氣呵成之感。流瑜珈是節奏感明確的練習。


YIN YOGA (陰瑜伽)
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style in which poses are held for 3-5 minutes or longer. Even though it is passive, yin yoga can be quite challenging due to the long holds, particularly if your body is not used to it. The purpose is to apply moderate stress to the connective tissue – the tendons, fascia and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Suitable for all level of students.
陰瑜伽的練習通常採被取動的方式,每個姿勢約停留3-5分鐘,一小時的陰瑜伽練習約有7-10個動作體式。練習陰瑜伽能夠幫助放鬆身心、治癒身體創傷以及增加身體延展性。陰瑜伽適合任何初學者、工作壓力大、肌肉緊繃和關節需要滋養的練習者。
STRETCH YOGA (伸展瑜伽)
Stretch yoga is a relatively slow-paced yoga class with the aim to lengthen and stretch muscles in a safe way. Stretch yoga can facilitate the blood circulation in the joints and ligament. By repeatedly stretch and strengthen the muscles, it improves overall flexibility thus minimize the chance of getting injured. Suitable for all kinds of students.
伸展瑜珈是以身體伸展與呼吸為主,配合基礎的體位法,以容易練習的方式,漸進式的鍛鍊並增進肌肉的力量、柔軟筋骨。普遍都市人身體缺乏體力活動而累積了過多的壓力,造成關節的僵化、肌肉的無力與緊張。伸展瑜珈讓我們的身體柔軟,同時伸展也讓呼吸更深,身體開展,適合於很少活動身體的學生練習。


WHEEL YOGA (瑜伽輪)
Yoga wheel is a circular tool to assist in doing yoga posture. It is commonly use in maintaining balance, core strenthening and increase flexibility of spine. In our wheel yoga class, you will learn how to use the wheel safely and different ways of using the wheel to deepen the yoga postures.
